The product has the advantages of environmental protection, odorless, excellent adhesion, high strength and little influence of moisture, which can strengthen the hardness of the base surface and provide excellent adhesion.

SPECIFICATIONS

Mixing: proportionally pour component A and component B into a mixing barrel and stir evenly (electric: stirring time is not less than 3min, manual: stirring time is not less than 6min, and pay attention to interlayer mixing between upper and lower liquid levels).
Construction method: scrape coating and steamed bread coating.

Dosage and film thickness: 30% quartz sand with 100~120 meshes is added, and the film thickness is about 0.4-0.5 kg/m after batch scraping. If the viscosity is too high, 5%-8% water can be added for dilution.
Trowel scraping once for 0.7-1.0 kg/m, and the film thickness is about 0.6-0.8 mm..

Construction conditions: the water content of the primer coat should be below 20%, the air relative humidity should be below 75%, and the construction should be avoided on rainy days or when the air relative humidity is above 80%, or when the temperature is below 5℃.
