The exterior weather-resistant topcoat can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying. Usually two coats are required. Under normal circumstances, each coat should be dried for at least 2 hours. 2. The exterior weather-resistant topcoat should be diluted with clean water. Usually, one part of water (10-20%) is added to five to ten parts of paint.
