Two-component waterborne polyurethane matte finish paint is made of aliphatic waterborne polyurethane resin and curing agent, which has the characteristics of high hardness, scratch resistance, water washing resistance, easy cleaning, stain resistance and no yellowing. This series of waterborne polyurethane products do not contain any toxic solvent, and the curing agent is a solid product, which does not damage the emulsifying performance and is a safe waterborne paint product.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
Suitable for surface coating of indoor and outdoor polyurethane floors, epoxy floors, concrete floors, various indoor and outdoor walls and wood.
Construction SPECIFICATIONS
Construction conditions: the air relative humidity is below 55%, and the ground temperature and air temperature are 0~35℃. When the temperature is lower than 0℃, construction should be avoided.
Material mixing: During storage, component A may precipitate slightly, and component A should be fully and evenly mixed before mixing; Mix the A/B components in proportion, and electrically stir for 2-3min until uniform.
Construction method: roller coating/spraying.
Reference dosage: 0.05~0.1 kg/㎡ for water-based topcoat and 0.075~0.15kg/㎡ for water-based color paint.
Storage: this product is stored in a cool and ventilated place, which is moisture-proof and sun-proof.
